Start by plugging the dimmer module in according the included installation information, as well as at least one light source, as you will need it to identify the network search when installing the dimmer on your WiFi network.

To use module with your mobile device, download the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Once the app is installed, open it and create a user account. Account creation ensures that you can log in to multiple devices and access the dimmer from there.

When this is done, set the can dimmer to "search" mode. This is done by turning off the light on the button switch, and then holding the switch down for approx. 10-15 seconds until the light starts to flash up and down.

Then add a new "Wall Switch" in Tuya Smart or Smart Life, depending on which app you have selected.

It is important that the dimmer is relatively close to your WiFi router during installation. In some cases, it's a good idea; to turn off Mobile Data on your mobile device until the dimmer is properly connected. The mobile data connection may cheat the app to search for devices on the mobile network, rather than your WiFi network.

The connection is established when the light sources stop blinking, and are constantly lit.

Once the dimmer is set up in the app, you can add it to Google Home or Alexa.
